In 2016\, DLCRA installed a new phase of development to Southern Pines: a large equestrian center designed to serve the daily and overnight needs of equestrian enthusiasts. Featuring a new 240’ x 150’ warm up arena\, 17\,600 ft.² stable with 80 stalls\, 30 RV hook ups\, and 5 dump stations\, Southern Pines Equestrian Center is any horse enthusiast’s dream!
