Not to allow such a prominent part of Dublin GA history fall away\, in the 90’s a group of businessmen and an enthusiastic community came together to save the historic theatre from demolition with a complete renovation. In 1996\, Theatre Dublin was born as a performing arts center\, hosting arts and culture events such as the Atlanta Pops Orchestra and the annual production of The Nutcracker.
