DESCRIPTION:Pack up your rods\, reels\, tackle and bait and reel in some sweet summertime memories during Kids\, Seniors and Armed Forces Fishing Rodeo at the pond at Southern Pines Recreational Park in Dublin\, GA. \nFin-tastic Fun\nKids twelve and under wet a hook Saturday\, May 7th\, seasoned senior anglers fifty and up reel ’em in Saturday\, May 14th and members of the Armed Forces cast out Saturday\, May 21st. (Must present valid identification to attend Armed Forces fishing rodeo.) Registration begins each Saturday at 6 AM with the Fishing Rodeo beginning at 7 AM and lasting until 10 AM. \nPrizes will be given for most fish and largest fish caught in each category! We’re going after the catfish! \nCarry your coolers\, you can take home your catch if you choose! \nPlace A Bait\nWe’re not sure if fish tales are mostly made from luck\, skill or bait BUT\, we know the best spots to pick up your bait. DESCRIPTION:Ho Ho Ho to the Santa 3K Run Saturday\, December 11th in Dublin GA! Dublin-Laurens Recreation Authority hosts several fun runs and events throughout the year in Dublin GA at Southern Pines Regional Park and Equestrian Center to encourage you to get out\, get active and run for fun! \nCandy Cane Lane\nWear your best Santa themed outfit and get festive as you warm up while prancing over 2 miles of magical track! Deck yourself as Santa\, a reindeer\, Mrs. Clause\, an elf or your most festive running attire for this family-friendly 3K! \nRegistration begins at 9 AM at the Southern Pines Water Park\, then the real fun kicks off when the race begins at 10 AM. The race starts at the gates of Southern Pines Water Park then winds 2.1 miles through Southern Pines Regional Park. The race will loop back around and end in front of Southern Pines Water Park. \nRegistration Details\nAll ages are welcome to participate. Entry fees for Santa 3K Run are $10 per person for early registration and $15 per person for on-site registration. SUMMARY:Fun and Color 3K Run
DESCRIPTION:Add a splash of color to your autumn weekend during the Dublin-Laurens Recreation Authority’s Fun and Color 3K Run Saturday\, October 9th in Dublin\, Georgia. \nRace Through The Rainbow\nWith over 2 miles of splashy opportunities\, thing will get colorful during this family-friendly 3K! Preregistration begins at 7:30 AM at the Southern Pines Water Park\, then the real fun kicks off when the race begins at 9 AM.\nThe race starts at the Southern Pines Water Park then winds 2.1 miles through Southern Pines Regional Park where spectators will be ready with packs of colored powder to toss at racers and stay cool with water stations along the route! The race will end in front of Southern Pines Water Park where a water balloon celebration awaits. \nRegistration\nEntry fees for Fun and Color 3K Run are $10 for early registration and $15 per person for on site registration and early registration includes one free color run tee! All ages are welcome to participate.\nPre-register before September 29th to receive the free color run tee. Race participants celebrate in a water balloon toss in front of Southern Pines Water Park near the finish line.
