Feast like royalty at Dublin Farm on Fridays & Saturdays with five courses of handcrafted Italian specialities during the Ristorante da Maria Feast! Each week, chef Maria crafts a menu full of traditional Italian cuisine using only the freshest produce, herbs, and ingredients.

Friday Night Dinner

FRIDAY, APRIL 25TH AT 7 PM

First Course:

Frittata ai peperoni, spinacini novella, peperoncino e mozzarella                                                                             

“Frittata” with grilled bell peppers, baby spinach, peperoncini and mozzarella, topped with Parmesan and olive oil, served with garlic crostini

Wine: Purato Catarratto Pinot Grigio Sicily

Second Course:

Arancini alla siciliana

Sicilian style “Rice Arancini” stuffed with Beef ragout and peas, fried in olive oil, served over a tomato veloutee

Wine: Poderi Melini Chianti Superiore, Italy

Third Course:

The entrée dishes will be served with three different kinds of vegetables

Trota salmonata ripiena di erbe, olio d’oliva e pane

Steelhead Trout oven-baked, rolled and stuffed with a mixture of herbs, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and a hint of garlic, topped with a dill/honey/Vermouth/cream sauce, or

Fourth Course:

Filetto Stroganow

Beef Fillet “Stroganoff”, Fillet bites pan seared in butter, served in a sauce of onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, balsamic, sour cream, and Cognac

Fifth Course:

Millefoglie di frittelle con frutti di bosco e mousse al cioccolato bianco

“Millefoglie” of sweet fritters with white chocolate mousse and berries

Start your culinary tour of Italy by reserving a table at Ristorante da Maria then take your tastebuds on an Italian whirlwind flavor fest. A memorable, multi-course dinner is between $40 and $49, plus tax and gratuity. Iced tea, water and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer and wine are also available.
