Established in 1989, Colleen’s China has been a Dublin shopping tradition for generations. What began inside Colleen’s Flower Shop moved to its current location in 1992, and the locally owned shop has been part of life’s big moments ever since. The name itself has a Dublin connection, too. A “colleen” means an Irish girl, a fitting little nod to the city.
Pull Up A Chair
There’s something about all the color at Colleen’s China that makes you want to linger a little longer. Maybe it’s the china patterns you remember from your childhood, the sparkle of crystal, a piece of locally made stained glass, or something completely unexpected that catches your eye. It feels a little like admiring art or wandering through a garden.
A Place For Every Piece
Colleen’s carries a wide selection of formal and casual china, pottery, crystal, flatware and serving pieces, along with home décor, gifts, seasonal treasures and more. You’ll find brands ranging from Vietri, Juliska and Spode to Wedgwood, Villeroy & Boch, Nora Fleming and Christopher Radko. It’s also a place for celebrating life’s newest chapters, with bridal and baby registries for couples and growing families.
Find something special for someone special, and Colleen’s will wrap it for you. Their free gift wrapping with purchase a simple convenience, that has a wonderfully nostalgic feel; leaving a local shop with a beautifully wrapped gift in hand.
The fun of Colleen’s is in the mix of old and new! You’ll find Made in the Deep South, a collection of one-of-a-kind modern-vintage jewelry pieces created by sourcing antique and vintage jewelry and giving those pieces a new life. The owners husband creates concrete stepping stones using discarded pieces of china, turning unwanted fragments into colorful designs, a tradition carried down from her father. The eye catching stepping stones can be found at local businesses, including the Dublin Visitors Center, where it has a place in the pollinator garden.
