Christmas Eve Feast At Dublin Farm

Savor Christmas with Dublin Farm’s Christmas Eve Feast on Thursday, December 23rd and Friday, December 24th, where a taste of Italian artistry awaits at Dublin Farm’s Ristorante da Maria! Gather your loved ones and celebrate with a fine Italian dining experience during a five course meal of freshly prepared foods served with artistry and imagination.

Italian Artistry

Owner Maria Runggaldier expertly prepares Italian and Mediterranean-style cuisine, highlighting fresh ingredients grown locally in each course. The Christmas Eve Feast menu includes an appetizer, pasta, meat or fish entrée with three vegetables, sorbet and dessert. Iced tea, water and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer, champagne and wine are also available.

Christmas Eve Dinner

APPETIZER:
Soufflé con gamberetti
Parmesan Soufflé topped with Shrimp and herbs served over a celery/carrot salad

FIRST DISH:
Rotoli di crespelle gratinate ripieni di spinacini e pomodorini
Crespelle Rolls stuffed with baby spinach, creme fraiche, cherry tomatoes, oven baked au gratin

MEAT-ENTRÉE:
the Entrée dish will be served with three different kinds of vegetables
Chateaubriand grigliata con salsa “Voronoff”
“Chateaubriand” – Beef Fillet- or Pork Fillet- or Chicken Tenders (your choice) grilled and served over a “Voronoff” sauce with Cognac, cream, Dijon mustard and Worcester sauce OR

MEAT-ENTRÉE:
Petto di anatra all’arancia
Pan roasted Duck Breast with Orange Fillets, served in a sauce of Orange Liqueur and butter OR

FISH-ENTRÉE:
Filetto di salmone con verdurine al forno
Sautéed Salmon on chopped sautéed vegetables, topped with herb pesto, oven baked in parchment paper

SORBET:
Sorbetto ai lamponi
Raspberry/Lemon Sorbet

DESSERT:
Dolce di natale italiano
