Join the Dublin Daylily Club in a celebration of botanical delight Saturday, May 25th from 8:30 AM until 4 PM during the Dublin Daylily Show and Sale at Dublin Mall. Floral enthusiasts and garden aficionados come together to cherish one of the most beloved flowers in the world – the daylily!

The Show and Sale kicks off bright and early at 8:30 AM with the highly anticipated plant sale, offering a wide variety of daylilies for enthusiasts and green thumbs alike. Browse through a plethora of daylilies, each offering a burst of color to enhance your garden. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, you’re sure to find the perfect addition to your green space.

At 10 AM, expert judges will commence the judging process, evaluating a stunning display of daylilies on display for their beauty, uniqueness, and overall appeal. The judging process will be closed to the public while the floral wonders are scrutinized by most discerning eyes.

Daylily Dreams

Once judging concludes, the daylily show opens to the public at 12:30 PM, and you’ll have until 4 PM to explore the mesmerizing flowers. Explore the displays, admire the exquisite blooms, learn about different varieties, and discover tips and tricks for successful cultivation in your own garden. You may even get to vote for your favorite daylily!

But that’s not all – the Dublin Daylily Club members will be on hand throughout the event, ready to share their passion and knowledge about daylilies. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet fellow enthusiasts, exchange gardening stories, and perhaps even pick up some insider tips on cultivating the perfect daylily.

Fun Fact: Did you know that daylilies are not true lilies? While they share the name “lily,” they actually belong to the genus Hemerocallis, which translates to “beautiful for a day” in Greek, referring to the short lifespan of each flower.
