Bring the whole family for a celebration of Mom and culinary delights at Dublin Farm’s Ristorante da Maria! Delight her tastebuds with a five course feast on Saturday, May 8th at 7 PM featuring live piano music by George Martini.

This will be a set menu.

First course:
Insalata di primavera con melanzane grigliate
Spring Salad with mixed greens, avocados, carrots, canellini beans
and mozzarella, on top a grilled slice of eggplant, stuffed with
cream cheese mousse and grissino, marinated in an olive
oil/balsamic/Dijon mustard vinaigrette, sprinkled with almonds and fresh herbs

Second course:
Cannelloni con zucchini, spinacini novelli, pancetta e provolone
“Cannelloni” – Pasta, stuffed with zucchini, baby spinach, pancetta,
Ricotta, and Parmesan, oven baked with a béchamel sauce and served over a tomato veloutée

Third course:
Rotolo di pollo ripieno di asparagi, prosciutto cotto e fontina
Pan roasted Chicken Roll with asparagus spears, “prosciutto cotto”, finished in a Chablis white wine sauce

Fourth course:
Salmone alla piastra glassato al miele
Grilled Salmon Fillet, marinated with a honey/orange juice/lime juice glass, served over Orange carpaccio or

Fifth course:
Parfait semifreddo alle fragole
Half frozen Strawberry Parfait served on
strawberry coulis and fresh berries

Italian Artistry

Owner Maria Runggaldier expertly prepares Italian and Mediterranean-style cuisine, highlighting fresh ingredients grown locally in each course. Menus include an appetizer, pasta, meat or fish entrée with three vegetables, sorbet and dessert. Iced tea, water and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer, champagne and wine are also available.
