Locally known as one of Dublin’s finest chefs, Maria Runggaldier will whip up the finest in gourmet Italian courses. Her husband, an unofficial, yet superb sommelier, Heinz Krassnig, will perfectly pair each of the artfully presented courses with an Italian wine. You’ll simply savor every sip and bite of Dublin Farm Wine Tasting.

Cabbage and sun-dried tomato Tart with Asiago cheese, Ricotta and olive oil

Second course:
Risi e Bisi
“Risotto” – Rice with young peas, crispy bacon, fresh herbs, and Parmesan
Wine: Charles Smith Chardonnay
Third course:
Un bis di petto di pollo e manzo ripieno di erba cipollina e porri
A Bis of pan-seared Chicken breast- and Beef Top Loin stuffed with a leeks/chives/cream salsa, served over a tomato veloutée
Wine: Charles Smith Substance Cabernet
Fourth course:
Sorbetto alle arance, mandarine, limone e prosecco
Orange/Mandarin/Lemon/Prosecco Sorbet
Fifth course:
Cannoli di zucca
Pumpkin Cannoli
