Feast like royalty at Dublin Farm on Fridays & Saturdays with five courses of handcrafted Italian specialties during the Ristorante da Maria Feast! Each week, Chef Maria crafts a menu full of traditional Italian cuisine using only the freshest produce, herbs, and ingredients.

Friday Night Dinner

Rotolo di patate con ripieno di spinacini con grana e burro alla salvia

Potato Roll slices stuffed with baby spinach and fresh herbs, topped with a butter/sage sauce and Parmesan

First dish

Spaghetti alla puttanesca e rafano

Spaghetti “Puttanesca style” with horsed=radish, topped with olives, tomato dices and olive oil
