Feast like royalty at Dublin Farm on Fridays & Saturdays with five courses of handcrafted Italian specialities during the Ristorante da Maria Feast! Each week, chef Maria crafts a menu full of traditional Italian cuisine using only the freshest produce, herbs, and ingredients.

Friday Night Dinner

Tian di zucchine e melanzane

Oven-baked “Tian” of grilled zucchini and eggplant over caramelized onions and tomato veloutée, topped with Provolone cheese and fresh herbs

Start your culinary tour of Italy by reserving a table at Ristorante da Maria then take your tastebuds on an Italian whirlwind flavor fest. A memorable, multi-course dinner is between $40 and $49, plus tax and gratuity. Iced tea, water and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer and wine are also available.
