A. B. Lee’s Meat Market knows how to “meat” your needs. Whether you’re dropping in for a little lunch or grillin’ and chillin’ for the whole family, A. B. Lee’s has the cuts to satisfy.
Prime Meats
Meat lovers, get your coolers ready! Straight from farms right here in the USA, A. B. Lee’s Meat Market carries fresh choice cuts Tuesday through Saturday. From the classics like pork ribs, Boston butt, and filet mignon to rarer finds like beef tongue, quail, and boudin, find the protein that fits your next meal. Their best seller is their ground beef, which is ground fresh everyday. Serve it up surf and turf style with seasonal fish, shrimp, crab, and more.
Cut out the prep time with the Marinade Bar. Bacon wrapped pork bites slathered in jerk seasoning, garlic herb corn ribs, freshly ground burger patties stuffed with cheese, loaded kabobs… your mouth will be watering before you fire up the grill. Customize the marinade to fit your flavor.
If you can’t wait to sink your teeth into the meaty goodness, grab a meal from the Hot Bar! Pick out your protein and pair it with one or two classic Southern sides, like collard greens, blackeyed peas, and sweet potato soufflé. Tip from the staff: If you want a real treat, try the ribs covered in A. B.’s signature rub.
More than Meats the Eye
No meaty meal is complete without some side fixings! A. B. Lee’s carries produce year round, keeping it local when crops are in season. Grab the freshest local and Georgia Grown fruits and veggies during their Friday and Saturday produce market, starting mid May through late August or early September. The corn, tomatoes, and potatoes come fresh out of A. B.’s own 6 acre garden.
Don’t worry about stopping at another grocer! Sauces, chips, pasta, cheese, charcoal, etc., are all available for your shopping ease.
Baked goods are made in house daily, and the cakes come straight from a Georgia local.
Legendary Cuts
When it comes to meat, you want someone who knows what they’re doing. A. B., known by name for his skills at the meat counters of several grocery stores around town, decided in 1981 that he would start his own meat market. After nearly half a century, A. B. Lee’s continues to produce the same quality cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and more with the whole family keeping the legacy alive.
