September 1, 2022 DUBLIN, GA – The 2023 Tourism Grant Program is the first grant funding program offered by Visit Dublin GA. The FY 2023 program funding is set at $15,000 which will be divided among awarded grant requests through two funding cycles. Applications are now being accepted for the first funding cycle with an application deadline of September 30th, 2022.

“We look forward to supporting and promoting the organizations and events awarded grants through this inaugural process. We are excited to see and measure the economic impact these events will have on Dublin and Laurens County,” said Bill Brown, Chairman of Visit Dublin GA. According to Explore Georgia, the tourism division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development, the 2021 economic impact of visitor spending in Laurens County increased 2.7% over 2019 spending.
