With a strong appreciation for smooth jazz, R&B, and classic English films, Mercedes Hill has a well-rounded personality and passion for positively impacting others has made her a perfect fit for the Visitors Center Coordinator role. Originally from the small town of Adel, GA, Mercedes is confident, dedicated and excited to learn about her new forever home. As the oldest of 7 siblings and a loving mom to an adorable little boy, she is experienced in being a committed and active team member. She recently graduated from Georgia Military College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Healthcare Management. At Visit Dublin GA, she is the friendly face that welcomes our guests, making them feel right at home during their visit. Mercedes loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. Along with entertaining our guests, her daily activities include providing informational guides and brochures catered to each individual’s needs, maintaining the gift shop, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring the Visitors Center is in tip-top shape. Mercedes is passionate about exploring Dublin and sharing her discoveries with everyone she meets. Maintaining our vegetable and pollinator gardens has given her a newfound love for gardening, which brings her profound joy and tranquility.
