First Course

Cocktail di scampi
Shrimp Cocktail with mandarins and avocados over baby greens, topped with a homemade Cocktail sauce, served with crostini

Second Course

Cannelloni con pollo, spinacini e ricotta
Oven-baked Cannelloni, stuffed with grilled chicken, baby spinach, herbs, and ricotta, topped with a 4-cheese sauce and olive oil, served over a marinara sauce

Third Course

Filetto di manzo tagliato con salsa alla “Voronoff”

Beef Fillet “Voronoff style” with Cognac, Dijon mustard, cream, Worcester sauce, peppercorns, and herbs, grilled and served sliced over asparagus spears

Fourth Course

Sorbetto alla pesca e menta

Peach/Mint/Lemon Sorbet

Fifth course

Sorpresa festa del papa

Owner Maria Runggaldier expertly prepares Italian and Mediterranean-style cuisine, highlighting fresh ingredients grown locally in each course. New Year’s Eve menus include an appetizer, pasta, meat or fish entrée with three vegetables, sorbet and dessert. Iced tea, water, and coffee are included with the meal. Soft drinks, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, hot tea, beer, champagne, and wine are also available.
