Independence Day Celebration 🎆

Let freedom ring with an Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 1st at Southern Pines Regional Park in Dublin GA with a blast of family fun, tantalizing food, and a breathtaking fireworks display at dark.

Have A Blast

Ooh and Aah at the splendor of the night sky being lit up as we stand united to celebrate America’s Birthday minutes off I-16 at exit 51! Not up for standing? Be sure to bring your chairs and blankets and find the perfect spot for the explosion of color in the night sky. Local vendors will be on hand to deliver you good ol’ ‘Merica flavors. The fireworks show lights up the night sky at dark (around 9 PM). The annual event is the ultimate celebration of America, and the family fun starts long before the sun sets.

All-American Fun

The party really takes off in the afternoon with the annual Wing Eating Contest at 6:45 sponsored by Pickle Barrel, rides for the kiddos, and lots of festive fun. The ring of freedom sounds better with live music from the soulful Southern Outlaw Band starting at 7:30.

Admission is FREE thanks to Dublin-Laurens County Recreation Authority!

Take A Splash

Cool down and make a splash all day at the Southern Pines Water Park! Frolic in buckets of refreshing water, take a lazy day on the winding river, or slip slide the day away! Open to the public 10 AM until closing time at 6 PM, and admission is only $10 per person for a whole day of fun!
