Find smiling, spooktacular faces of the staff of the downtown businesses greeting you from outside tables and handing treats to all the girls, ghosts, and ghouls. Even the waitstaff at the restaurants get into the Halloween spirit, dressed to the nines in simple to sensational costumes. Follow all the leash laws and bring along your fur baby in a frightfully precious fit!
