Decked out in festive colors and a big smile, Lucky invites everyone to join in the fun. Come out and celebrate with Lucky for days filled with joy, laughter, and a little bit of magic.

Lucky is on the Move!

Spotting the spotlight, Lucky will hog the fun at the Pig in the Park BBQ Championship on February 27th and 28th, from 6:30 PM until 7 PM.

Shining with pride, Lucky will sparkle at the Miss Emerald City Pageant and Baby Erin Go Bragh at Dublin High School on Saturday, February 28th at 1 PM.

Rolling the dice, Lucky will spread cheer at Alpha Delta Kappa Game Night at Grace Baptist Church on Monday, March 2nd, at 5 PM.

Lucky will cheer on tiny contestants at the Littlest Leprechaun Contest at Theatre Dublin on Tuesday, March 3rd, at 5:45 PM.

Lucky will hit the greens at the 22nd Annual Easterseals Charity Golf Tournament at Dublin Country Club starting on Friday, March 6th, at 9:30 AM.

Paw-sitively entertaining, Lucky will make tails wag at the St. Patrick’s Day Pet Costume Contest on Saturday, March 7th, at 10:30 AM.

Bringing the energy, Lucky will fire up ShamrockMania ’26 at 338 West Laurens School Road (Old WLHS) on Saturday, March 7th, at 6:45 PM.

Scouting for shamrock sized charm, Lucky will judge future legends at the St. Patrick’s Leprechaun Contest at Dublin High School on Monday, March 9th, at 6 PM.

Greeting the morning crowd, Lucky will rise early for the 42nd Annual Irish Chamber Breakfast at the Dubose Porter Center on Tuesday, March 10th, at 7:15 AM.

Calling out “Bunco!” with flair, Lucky will keep the fun rolling at St. Patrick’s Bunco Night at the Moore Station Clubhouse on Tuesday, March 10th, at 5:50 PM.

Lucky will be serving smiles to go with your fluffy pancakes at the St. Patrick’s Pancake Supper on Thursday, March 12th, from 4:30 PM to 6 PM.

Answering the call for a good cause, Lucky may find himself locked up at the Shamrock Animal Welfare League Jail and Bail at Dublin City Hall on Friday, March 13th, at 10 AM.

Mingling with community leaders, Lucky will attend the Joint Civic Luncheon at the Dubose Porter Center on Friday, March 13th, at 11:15 AM.

Hitting the pavement, Lucky will lead the charge at the FCA Leprechaun Road Race presented by Chick-fil-A at Dublin High School on Saturday, March 14th, at 7:30 AM.

Lucky will admire young creativity at Art Dublin’s Student Art Show, held at the First Baptist Family Life Center on Saturday, March 14th, at various times following the parade by the fountain.

Waving to the crowds, Lucky will parade through Downtown Dublin at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade starting on Saturday, March 14th, at 10 AM.

Brunching around after a day of loaded fun, Lucky will be attending Super Sunday Brunch on Sunday, March 15th at 11 AM.

Serving up smiles all weekend, Lucky will pop in throughout the 46th Annual St. Patrick’s Tennis Tournament at the Dublin High School Tennis Courts on March 14th and 15th between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Experience the magic with Lucky at the Irish Balloon Fest & Glow on March 20th and 21st from 5 PM to 6:30 PM each day.

Shouting “Bingo!” with enthusiasm, Lucky will light up Serenity Hope Chest Handbag Bingo at the Dubose Porter Center on Saturday, March 28th, at 6 PM.

Exploring new worlds, Lucky will appear at Fantastic Futures Dublin FanCon 2026 at the Laurens County Library on Saturday, March 28th, at 12:30 PM.

Dinking and cheering courtside, Lucky will rally the crowd at the Shamrock Smash Pickleball Tournament at Southern Pines Recreational Complex on March 28th and 29th, at 10 AM.

Mercedes Hill

With a strong appreciation for smooth jazz, R&B, and classic English films, Mercedes Hill has a well-rounded personality and passion for positively impacting others has made her a perfect fit for the Visitors Center Coordinator role. Originally from the small town of Adel, GA, Mercedes is confident, dedicated and excited to learn about her new forever home. As the oldest of 7 siblings and a loving mom to an adorable little boy, she is experienced in being a committed and active team member. She recently graduated from Georgia Military College with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Healthcare Management. At Visit Dublin GA, she is the friendly face that welcomes our guests, making them feel right at home during their visit. Mercedes loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. Along with entertaining our guests, her daily activities include providing informational guides and brochures catered to each individual’s needs, maintaining the gift shop, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring the Visitors Center is in tip-top shape. Mercedes is passionate about exploring Dublin and sharing her discoveries with everyone she meets. Maintaining our vegetable and pollinator gardens has given her a newfound love for gardening, which brings her profound joy and tranquility.
