Located 1.9 miles off Exit 51 on I-16, Southern Pines’ Regional Park has fun for the whole family! Visit this beautifully landscaped 120-acre facility, featuring a water park, an Ag and Expo Center with an arena for animal shows and rodeos, baseball/softball fields, soccer fields, walking trails, pickleball courts, meeting space, and picnic areas.

Acres of Fun

Take a break from the interstate and let loose at Southern Pines Regional Park. Kids can explore over 120 acres, romp through the playground, or, during the summer months, slide into fun at the Southern Pines Water Park. Picnic, explore the natural walking trails, or sit back and relax.

Make A Splash

Enjoy a wet’ n wild day in Dublin! From Memorial Day to Labor Day, play all day on the 20-foot slides, take a break on the lazy river, or cool things off on the splash pad. At only $12 per person, load up the kids and head to Southern Pines Water Park, where a bucketful of fun awaits Monday-Thursday 10 AM-6 PM, Friday & Saturday 9 AM-8 PM, & Sunday 12 PM-8 PM.

Horsing Around

Lasso up fun at Southern Pines Equestrian Center. Constructed in 2007, the Southern Pines Agriculture and Exposition Center in Dublin, Georgia, is 60,000 ft² and located in the heart of the 120-acre Southern Pines Regional Park. In 2016, DLCRA installed a new phase of development to Southern Pines: a large equestrian center designed to serve the daily and overnight needs of equestrian enthusiasts. Featuring a new 240′ x 150′ warm up arena, 17,600 ft.² stable with 80 stalls, 30 RV hook ups, and 5 dump stations, Southern Pines Equestrian Center is any horse enthusiast’s dream!

Indoor Complex

Whether it’s rain or shine, the games never cease at this state of the art indoor sports facility.

Spanning 52,000 square feet, it offers a wide range of indoor recreational areas, including indoor soccer facilities, football training spaces, baseball and softball practice areas, indoor pickleball courts, and much more. There’s also an elevated viewing area for spectators. It’s the perfect place to keep your game moving when Mother Nature calls a timeout.

Southern Pines offers a host of sports tournaments every year, including softball & baseball on 15 fields featuring turf infields! Work on your ace on one of 10 pickleball courts, or get your steps on 2 walking trails.
