3. Rocker Mom
It’s Mom’s turn to take it easy and rock out on Saturday, May 4th during Georgia Players Guild’s “To the Limit”, a tribute to the music of The Eagles, at Theatre Dublin. Doors open for general admission at 6:45 PM, and the show starts at 7:30 PM. General admission is $35. 4. Pottery Fun
Create treasured memories out of clay during Stoke Studios Mother’s Day Pottery Class at Society Kaffee. On Friday, May 10th at 6 PM or Saturday, May 11th at 2 PM, learn how to form beautiful pottery with mom and let your love and appreciation for each other inspire your creations. Dress to the nines and get ready to dance at Theatre Dublin on Friday, May 10th during Early Clover and the Soul Drifter’s Motown Music Mother’s Day Concert at 7:30 PM. Presented by M.A.D. Entertainment Network, this night is full of special guests including local favorite, Shenita Hunt. Make sure Mama’s got on her best because a cash prize goes out to the best dressed moms. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at Miller’s Soul Food Restaurant or at the door.
6. Mum-believable Brunch
Munch the afternoon away at the Page House Bed & Breakfast‘s Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12th. Pile the omelette high and dig into fresh fruit, grits, and other breakfast delights from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Brunch is $35 per person and $20 for children 12 and under. 7. Flower Fans
Cap off the May Momapalooza with the Dublin Daylily Show and Sale on Saturday, May 25th at the Dublin Mall. The show opens to the public with dazzling, vibrant displays of masterful cultivation and hybridization at 12:30 PM.
