Established by the Downtown Dublin Development Authority in Spring of 2023, the Dublin Community Theatre’sĀ focus is toĀ create an opportunity for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to participate in productions. Built in 1934 and renovated in 1996, Theatre Dublin serves as a performing arts center forĀ DublināLaurens County and surrounding areas. Theatre Dublin can accommodate over 600Ā people and has stateāofātheāart sound and lighting equipment. The theatre is owned by theĀ City of Dublin and managed by the Dublin Downtown Development Authority. It is usedĀ primarily for live productions with special showings of movies throughout the year as well.
