The grills are not the only thing hot at the Pig in the Park BBQ Championship. While the chefs light their fires and get the juices flowing on Friday, March 7th, Downtown Dublin GA spices things up with a blend of Southern musical flavor! Bring a lawn chair and pack your cooler. Pick a good spot to watch the action while enjoying food vendors and rides for the kids.
The competition heats up as the BBQ Championship continues on Saturday, March 8th from 9 AM to 3 PM as teams compete for bragging rights and cash prizes.

Sponsored by Main Street Dublin and the Dublin Downtown Development Authority, the St. Patrick’s Pig in the Park BBQ Championship pits competitors against each other in three categories: ribs, pulled pork and chicken with first, second, and third place awarded in each division. Savor the sights and smells as downtown Dublin fires up for this annual event.
