Visit Dublin GA unveils their brand new TrueOmni digital kiosk, where guests can check in, take photos, and build itineraries for their stay in Dublin.

Dublin, Georgia August 22nd, 2025 – The Dublin Visitors Center is staying ahead of the curve with the addition of a TrueOmni digital kiosk.

This state-of-the-art kiosk includes a variety of features to help drive the visitor experience: A digital guest book where users can see the origin of other visitors, a photo booth with Dublin centric frames and backgrounds, access to all the venues and events listed on the VisitDublinGA.org website, and an itinerary builder for visitors to plot their route around Dublin. Other features include an accessibility mode and six different languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and Korean.

The TrueOmni platform also allows Visit Dublin GA to curate up to 10 preset itineraries based on visitor needs. From girls’ trips to pet friendly adventures, a handcrafted journey catered to your needs is just a few taps away. “We’re so excited to share our new kiosk with guests and community members alike,” says Arilyn Erickson, Project Manager for Visit Dublin GA, “The purpose of this device is to add to the guest experience and encourage our visitors to explore Dublin. Instead of verbally explaining the directions to an attraction, printing them from Google Maps, or writing down an address, the kiosk allows us to send the route directly to a person’s phone, provided the destination is on our website. We’ve already created a few itineraries for families that were spending the day in town.”

Visit Dublin GA has also purchased a second, portable kiosk to bring along to events and trade shows they plan on attending.

If you’re interested in partnering with us to get your own Visit Dublin GA kiosk at your business or destination, contact Visit Dublin GA at info@visitdublinga.org.

*Cue Hamilton music* How does an artistic, eccentric, sister of five, and a Cajun, dropped in the middle of a forgotten spot in a Southeastern state by parental job prospects, end up Visit Dublin GA’s Project Manager? Fresh from graduating with her bachelor’s in psychology, Arilyn Erickson started work at Visit Dublin GA in December of 2021. Her love of helping people, knowledge of Dublin, curiosity, and creative spirit are exhibited in her ability to ensure guests are well informed and comfortable, contribute fresh ideas for improving the Visitors Center and developing tourism products, and promoting local businesses, locations, and events via our website and social media.
